Commissioning me means that you agree with the following terms of service. violation of my Terms of Service will result in you being denylisted. I also may revoke all of your rights to use my artwork

GENERAL

• I have the rights to decline any request, regardless of the cause

• please provide detailed description of your request in the request form (pictures and images are preferred)

• when reposting, please give credits and share my socials. my signature must remain intact

• do not use content for public/streaming/commercial use unless rights are paid for

• you must not use my art in AI and NFT software

PAYMENTS

• please make your payment within 48 hours after confirmation of commission request

• work on your commission starts after payment confirmation

REVISIONS

• minor revisions and final touches just on final work

• major revisions may apply additional fees, depending on the complexity and the number of revisions. if i misunderstand your request, major revisions are on me (free)

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

• deadline takes no more than one month. deliveries take no less than one week

• good communication may fasten your delivery

• I may not deliver your commision due to bad communication or ghosting

USE

• all commissions are for personal use by default. personal use includes the following listed purposes: profile picture, YouTube/Twitter banner, phone/PC wallpaper, your own viewing pleasure, etc

• you may pay for commercial use. commercial use that includes use on YouTube or Twitch, use in videos, use in streams and streaming content in general, etc, costs an additional fee of 2.0 times the price. commercial use that includes use in merchandising, ads and prints costs an additional fee of 2.5 times the price.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• all artwork are mine. as the artist, I have full rights to share them in my social media and portfolio, but If you do not want me to share your commission, get in touch

REFUNDS

• no refunds, unless if for some reason I am unable to deliver your commission. You will be messaged and be fully refunded.
